By creating an account on RenDex (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Worthington PMR (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2023/778348/07). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RenDex helps landlords manage rental portfolios: track tenants, payments, leases, deposits and expenses; compute a Rent Reliability Index (RRI); and surface arrears and insights.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the RRI score, AI analyses, or any output will be free from error. The Service is a record-keeping and decision-support tool, not legal, financial, or credit advice.
You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately at admin@rendex.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You confirm that, in respect of any tenant data you enter, you have a lawful basis under POPIA to process that data and to share it with operators acting on your behalf (which includes us).
The Service is currently provided free of charge during early access. When paid plans become available we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any charges apply to your account. You can close your account at any time before then.
You may close your account at any time by emailing admin@rendex.co.za. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing the Service to you would expose us to liability. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in that period, or (b) ZAR 1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud or gross negligence).
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email and take effect 14 days after notice. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.
